Placing Your Order

PHONE:
To place a telephone order, call toll free 1-888-332-2668 between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Eastern time. (Please note: Indianapolis now uses Eastern Daylight Time from spring through fall.) FFA accepts credit cards and valid school purchase orders for telephone orders. Please make sure to have your credit card or valid school purchase order information ready when placing your order.

FAX:
To place a fax order, dial toll free 1-800-366-6556 – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note: FFA can only accept valid school purchase orders for fax orders. Credit cards will not be accepted for fax orders.

FFA accepts checks (personal or school), money orders, valid school purchase orders, credit cards and gift certificates in payment for mail orders. Please do not send cash.

ONLINE:
Internet orders can be placed online at www.ffa.org/shop. Payment can be made with a valid school purchase order or with a credit card.

E-MAIL:
An electronic printable order form is available online. E-mail the completed order form to orders@ffa.org. Payment for e-mail orders can be made with a valid school purchase order. For security reasons and to safeguard your privacy, FFA recommends that you do not pay with your credit card when e-mailing orders.

E-MAIL CONFIRMATION:
FFA will e-mail an order confirmation if an e-mail address has been provided. For Internet and e-mail orders, the order confirmation will be e-mailed automatically. For all other methods of ordering (telephone, fax and mail), it will be necessary for you to provide your e-mail address to FFA. Please take the time to review your order confirmation carefully as you will have just one business day to make any changes or corrections.

TRACKING ORDERS:
You can track the shipment status of your FFA order online at
www.ups.com. Simply enter the UPS® tracking number from your order confirmation e-mail. If you are placing a telephone order, make sure to provide the FFA customer service representative with your e-mail address. Once your merchandise is shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation of your order and a UPS tracking number.

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for orders to be processed.
Orders placed over weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Payment Facts and Information

SCHOOL PURCHASE ORDERS:
FFA accepts valid school purchase orders as payment for:

To begin using valid school purchase orders as a payment method, you must:

To create a Chapter Account, go to http://www.ffa.org/shop and click on “Create Account.” Check “Yes” in the pull-down box to indicate that as an FFA chapter advisor, you are authorized to use school purchase orders; then add your chapter name and number along with the other required information. (You may also call FFA Customer Service at 1-888-332-2668 and speak to a customer service representative to establish a Chapter Account.) The FFA customer service staff will verify your information and send you an e-mail to confirm your Chapter Account status. Please allow up to five business days to receive your Chapter Account status.

With a Chapter Account, you will be able to use a valid school purchase order to pay for your orders; no credit card required. Please note: If you place an order at the same time you create your Chapter Account, you will need to pay for that order with a credit card. Or, you can open your Chapter Account without placing an order to allow time for your account to be activated for a future order. Also, orders paid by a valid school purchase order must be sent to the chapter’s “ship to” address that is on file with FFA.
All invoices for items ordered with a valid school purchase order must be paid within 30 days of receipt. Accounts that are 90 days past due will be charged a $10 per month late fee.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS:
FFA accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards for telephone, mail and Internet orders. Credit card orders will be sent to the shipping address given to the FFA customer service representative (for telephone orders) or provided on the order form (for mail and Internet orders). Please note: In addition to the credit card number, you may be asked to provide the cardholder’s name as it appears on the card, expiration date, security code, cardholder’s billing address and a daytime telephone number.

CHECK ORDERS:
Checks payable to “National FFA Organization” are accepted only for mail orders. A daytime telephone number must be included with the order. Allow three additional business days for check processing. FFA cannot accept checking account numbers for telephone or Internet orders. Please do not send cash.

Who do I call for information?

What is your return policy?
FFA® will replace, exchange or give credit for any non-personalized item up to 90 days after the date of purchase. The National FFA Organization return policy has recently changed to make returning merchandise easier for you—our customers. You no longer need to call the customer service center to request a call tag. Our new process allows you to use the label included with each shipment to return merchandise immediately.

I'm having some problems ordering online, what can I do?
There are several known issues that can cause issues as you shop. The Google Toolbar has also been known to cause issues with the shopping cart and we encourage you to either turn off or uninstall Google toolbar for better results.

PLEASE NOTE: OFFICIAL FFA®JACKETS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
The official FFA® jacket is a personalized item and cannot be returned or replaced. A new jacket must be ordered for jackets that are ordered too small, too large or lettered incorrectly by the advisor, student
or parent.

Can I Have An Official Jacket Re-lettered?
FFA® continues to provide the service of changing jacket lettering. Only the front of official jackets can be re-lettered. Re-lettering orders will be processed on a first-in, first-out basis. Some older jackets made of lighter material cannot be re-lettered and will be returned to you at no charge. To have a jacket re-lettered, please send the jacket along with your name, address, chapter name, chapter number, advisor name, a description of what needs to be re-lettered and payment to the following address:

Re-lettering jacket charge is $24.00 per jacket. Make checks payable to Universal Lettering or include credit card information with lettering instructions. All lettering orders must be pre-paid.

I am a past FFA Member. Can I order an official jacket as a keepsake item?
The official FFA® jacket can only be ordered and worn by current FFA® members. We do offer additional FFA® apparel and merchandise that can be worn or displayed to show your support of FFA®.

Where do I order my FFA Class Ring?
FFA class rings must be ordered through Herff Jones at 1-800-473-2895 ext. 112 or online at http://www.herffjones.com.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Virginia residents must pay sales tax. All other states are exempt.

Do you accept international orders?

Introducing “Shop FFA,” the new FFA online store.
FFA listened to what you had to say and incorporated some
great new features that will streamline your online shopping experience – features such as advanced search capabilities, e-mail itemized order confirmation, order status and online purchase order payment. Why do you have to register for “Shop FFA”?
Registering with “Shop FFA” will bring together all of your account information so you can look back at what you’ve ordered before while you keep track of new items in your shopping cart. If you order the same items every year, you will love this feature! All you have to do is search in “Shop FFA” for a previously submitted order, click on reorder, and then update or edit the items if necessary. Do I need a username and password?
Yes – and to keep it simple, your username will be your full e-mail address, and you will determine your own password.

Is my online purchase secure?
It is very important to us that our customers feel secure about their purchases. Our website is secured with the “Secure Socket Layer Protocol” (which is denoted in the web address with https:// and displays a lock or key on the bottom right hand corner of the internet browser). This ensures that your information will not be intercepted by a third party. If you feel uncomfortable purchasing online, please purchase using our toll-free telephone number, 1-888-332-2668, or use a blank order form and fax your order to 1-800-366-6556, or mail in your order.

Why should I register online?
Registration in our new online store is quick and easy. Registration will connect you to your account information, keep track of what you’ve shopped for before, and keep items in your shopping cart until you’re ready to check out, even if you have logged out of the store while you are still in the process of ordering. Support for the registration system can be obtained by contacting the National FFA Organization customer service center to report your problem.

Why do you need my e-mail address?
Your e-mail address is the best way for us to contact you to verify that we received your order. We will also e-mail you if the item that you ordered is out-of-stock or discontinued.

Shop FFA® Promotional E-mails:
Shop FFA® now offers promotional e-mails to all customers who have elected to receive them. How will I know that my privacy is guaranteed?
The National FFA will take every step possible to ensure your privacy. The FFA server automatically recognizes IP addresses and actions of FFA customers. FFA uses this information to improve web pages and gauge performance. FFA will not sell or share your information with any outside source. FFA will not contact you by phone unless there is a question on your order. Engraving Ordering Facts and Questions

Can I select the font for the engraving?
No, National FFA has a predetermined font that is available in both upper and lowercase. See opposite

How much time do I need to allow for engraving?
It depends on the quantities ordered; please refer to the delivery schedule in Shipping and Delivery Options section on page 99.

Can I use any letter, character, number or symbol when determining my engraving copy?
No, to the right is a listing of acceptable and unacceptable characters for engraving – there are no exceptions.

Gift Certificates

FFA® Gift Certificates are available in denominations of $10, $25, $50 and $100. Gift certificates purchased in the 2010-2011 school year must be used by August 31, 2011. Gift certificates are not redeemable in cash and may be used for Official FFA Merchandise only. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed online.
