Cancellation Policy: There will be a $225 cancellation fee for registered participants who cancel within 10 days of their conference date.   Cancellations must be received in writing via wlc@ffa.org. 

No Shows will not receive a refund. 

What’s Included In Your Registration?

All packages, with the exception of the Advisor Room Only package, include hotel Tuesday through Sunday morning, meals, supplies, workbook, tours, in-town transportation and secondary accident insurance.

Hotel accommodations

Each week’s conference begins with registration on Tuesday from 1-5 p.m. Hotel accommodations include Saturday night lodging. You will be assigned a room at one of the following two hotels.

Transportation and travel arrangements

The conference hotels are conveniently located near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Dulles International Airport is located approximately 30 miles away, and Baltimore International Airport is approximately 50 miles away. WLC staff will be stationed at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each Tuesday to direct you to transportation to the hotel.
