The National FFA Organization offers a series of leadership and personal growth conferences. For member conferences, you don't have to be an officer to participate. The only requirement is a desire to grow, learn and have fun.
These Conferences are 212°, 360°, and the Washington Leadership Conference.

Member Conferences
212°
212° - the temperature at which water boils - will focus on taking students to the boiling point of leadership. At 211° water is extremely hot, but just one more degree gets us to the next level. These conferences focus on student development. Students will be challenged to push the limits. Themes for this conference include: Virtues, Growth and Collaboration.

360°
360° will take students full circle in chapter leadership development. The conference will cover every angle for developing action plans for their chapters. Themes for this conference include: Vision and Influence. 360° conferences focus on chapter development.

National Leadership Conference for State Officers (NLCSO)
The second component of the state FFA officer-training continuum builds on the individual
training received during BLAST OFF. The curriculum for this 3-1/2 day conference focuses on:

Developing teams and team performance

Developing, delivering and evaluating presentations

Building relationships between local, state and national levels
This component is presented nationally via 10 regional leadership conferences.

State Presidents' Conference (SPC)
A weeklong leadership conference for two state officers from each association held annually in Washington, D.C. This advanced leadership training builds on the first two components of the state FFA officer leadership continuum. In addition to leadership development, participants develop an understanding of partner relationships and begin the initial phase of the national delegate process.
